Ian Kinsler signs 5-year contract extension with Rangers
Texas Rangers fans have a new reason to smile. Aside from their 3-1 record to start the 2012 season, the Rangers have locked up the services of second baseman Ian Kinsler for another five years. Kinsler and the Rangers agreed to terms on a 5-year, $75 million deal that will keep him in Arlington through 2018.
